PEAK Security places a strong emphasis on training. It is of prime importance that all employees be thoroughly trained and achieve a high level of proficiency in all aspects of their work. All officers, regardless of previous experience will receive extensive training on Guard Registration requirements, company policies and procedures, basic training, Site-Specific training.

Recognizing that a comprehensive training program is critical to the successful execution of duties by professional security officers, PEAK ensures compliance with all city and state requirements as well as with all general and client specific directives by providing all new security personnel with a requisite basic training program. This program and all resulting training costs will be provided and absorbed by PEAK unless specifically noted and contracted.

There are three phases to the basic training program as taught by PEAK Security:

GENERAL TRAINING

The training program begins with a general orientation period that is a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of the security field. Designed to establish an integral working knowledge of chain of command, client relations, supervisory authority and special response to a crisis situation, this professional course will be administered by our training coordinator. This course will consist of lectures, films, cassette and slide presentations, video training, overhead projections and "hands-on" modules. Our intent is to provide an in-depth training program to produce the most fully trained responsive and competent personnel in the private security sector.
