Communications and phone numbers of everyone, from the President of PEAK to the supervisors assigned to Alta Hospital systems LLC will be provided to maintain open lines for immediate contact for any reason.
During our transition meetings PEAK will set up open lines of communication providing the personal and business phone numbers of all PEAK management personnel and descriptions of each person’s function to assist you in your security needs and requests. We will work jointly with the Alta Hospital systems LLC liaison(s) to define and develop the following:
PEAK has a 24 hour control center in Glendale. For immediate response after hours PEAK has set up a supervisory system that equips our supervisors and management personnel with "Mobile Computerized Dispatch System". This system works in conjunction with our innovative Security Personnel Profile system. Our supervisors will have an on-board computer including: copies of post orders and procedures; call list of cross trained security officers; and Alta Hospital systems LLC emergency call list to respond to any emergency.
Over time we have found that a quick response to an accident or an incident, such as a broken water pipe or a report of a thief, can make all the difference to minimize problems. In every situation our goal is to identify and solve minor problems or call- offs before they become major incidents.
